CS1 Industrial Supply began meeting our customers’ needs in 2012. We started with one customer, one product, one vendor, and a strong desire to build a business known for putting “Customer Service 1st.” So, while CS1 is our name, it was also our starting point. Putting customer service first continues to be our mission, our guiding principle, and our strategy, and it always will be.
CS1 started providing high-quality sorbent products (pads, rolls, spill kits, booms, sweeps, granulars, etc.) to oil and gas customers primarily in North Central West Virginia, Southwestern Pennsylvania, and Eastern Ohio. We quickly expanded our product offerings to include other supplies needed by similar customers.
In addition to the oil & gas iundustry, we have expanded our product lines and our expertise to serve customers in mining, metal fabrication, and construction. With almost a decade of experience now, CS1 is proud to serve 175 customers in eight states. We offer over 600,000 products from over 1,000 vendors. Our dedicated team maintains sufficient stock, and promptly ships the products our customers need so they have these products when they need them.
We distribute from our warehouse in Morgantown, WV, or direct from our trusted manufacturers when it is most efficient for our customers. CS1 can compete with any supplier’s prices. We buy in volume when needed. At CS1, we operate efficiently with a staff of hard-working and committed professionals who operate on one guiding principle: Customer Service 1st.
